Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations:

Each oral presentation has been assigned a time slot of 10 or 15 minutes, which includes time for questions and transitioning to the next speaker, as indicated in the conference program. To ensure that the sessions run smoothly and that all speakers have a fair chance to present, we strongly advise speakers to allocate 2-3 minutes of their presentation time for audience questions.

We kindly request that all session chairs strictly adhere to the allotted time limit. Going over the time limit could result in not having enough time for audience questions or even not finishing the presentation at all. We strongly encourage all speakers to practice their timing in advance to avoid any time management issues during their presentation.

Thank you for your cooperation in making sure the sessions run efficiently and smoothly for all attendees.
Poster Presentations:

  • Poster Size: Please ensure that your poster size is no larger than 60 cm in width and 80 cm in height (vertical). Any posters exceeding this size may not be displayed.
  • Template Download: Click on the button below to download the poster template in PPT format. This template is designed to fit the size requirements and will help ensure that your poster is clear and readable.

  • Printing and Submission: To facilitate the process, you could choose to either send us the electronic version of your poster via email (icces@techscience.com) before May 12, or print it in advance and bring it with you to the conference. Please note that if you would like us to print your poster, the electronic version must be sent to us before May 12. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your poster presentation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Display Dates: Your poster will be displayed for viewing on May 27th and May 28th. Please ensure that your poster is set up by the start of the conference on May 27th.
